Relationship Manager Internship

As an intern with our company, you will be responsible for handling learner support issues efficiently to ensure a positive learning experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include actively engaging with learners by tracking class attendance, monitoring mock interviews and problem-solving progress, and proactively reaching out to inactive learners for re-engagement. Additionally, you will be expected to build strong relationships with learners in order to improve the net promoter score.
