Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Deliver assigned targets as communicated
Managing and interpreting customer requirements and Meeting regular sales targets assigned
The primary expectation from the role is that candidate must maintain good relations with customers for the Bank
The candidate must be bale to identify new avenues of business for achieving the Sales numbers assigned every month
Candidate should support the Liabilities and Assets branches to fulfill the targeted numbers.
Should have strong connect with branch staff of Assets and Liabilities.
Cold calling & Lead generation.
Offering first level after-sales support services.
Recording and maintaining client contact data and come for reviews as and when required by the seniors.

Functional Competencies:

Willing to Travel
Should be able to interact with new customers everyday

Behavioral Competencies:

Should have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to get the job done and deliver results within time frame
Ability to maintain focus under stressful sales/business negotiations.
