Job Description

As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and scoping them for asset growth. Your key focus will be to ensure year-on-year asset growth in alignment with the verticals" targets. Managing accounts and clients efficiently to achieve desired asset growth as per the annual plan is a crucial aspect of this role. Monitoring the portfolio to meet month-on-month revenue targets will be part of your routine tasks. It will involve tracking performance regularly to monitor income variance with budgets. You will also be required to formulate and implement plans to meet income targets for the portfolio effectively. Your role will involve revenue maximization through offering the right mix of products tailored to customers" needs. Planning and achieving key objectives set by senior management, especially those requiring special team focus, will be essential. Promoting key objectives such as cross-selling bank products, driving branch business, and building relationships with internal and external customers will be a significant part of your responsibilities. Ensuring and tracking necessary client calls for both existing and prospective clients using CRM will also be a part of your daily activities. Furthermore, preparing credit assessment memos (CAM), collaborating with Credit for approval, and working with Operations for disbursement while ensuring defined turnaround times (TATs) will be vital. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills to manage a diverse portfolio of clients effectively. In-depth knowledge of banking products and EMI loans, with an understanding of the infra/commercial equipment market, will be advantageous. Strong selling skills for engaging with both B2B and B2C clients, an assertive approach, and the ability to convince various stakeholders are essential qualities. A problem-solving attitude, willingness to learn, and innovative deal structuring capabilities are qualities that will set you apart in this role. Candidates with a CA qualification, PGDM/MBA, or an engineering degree from a reputed institute are preferred for this position.,
