Relationship Manager - HNI - Branch Banking

As a Relationship Manager, your role is crucial in including HNI customers in the HNW Program to provide them with a superior customer experience and enhance the profitability of the relationship. Your responsibilities include: - Acquiring new Bank's HNW relationships and being the one-point contact for all financial needs and services of customers - Liaising with branch staff to identify eligible customers from the HNW portfolio - Acquiring new customers who meet product criteria and building rapport through regular interactions - Enhancing the overall value and book size of the portfolio - Maintaining the quality and hygiene parameters of the portfolio - Cross-selling bank products based on customer needs and offering advisory services - Achieving monthly and yearly revenue targets and controlling customer attrition In terms of operations, marketing, and processes, you will be responsible for ensuring KYC/AML norms are adhered to at all times and maintaining workstation norms. Your focus will also be on increasing wallet share by cross-selling other bank products, ensuring optimal income generation, and promoting product penetration. Customer service excellence is key, and you will need to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints, keep customers informed about any changes, and promote direct banking channels for customer convenience. Key Skills required for this role include sales and influencing skills, banking product knowledge, NRI product and regulatory knowledge, planning and organizing skills, good communication skills, knowledge of competition and current trends in the financial industry, IRDA Certification, and exposure to portfolio management segment. If you have NCFM Certification, it would be an added advantage.,
