Relationship Manager - Federal Bank

As a Relationship Manager with Federal Bank in Mavelikara, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Generate leads from in-branch lead generators, bank customer database & walk-in customers. - Make appointments and explore the customers" financial needs in life-related investment and insurance areas. - Select appropriate products from the company's range to meet these needs and gain customer agreement to purchase. - Accurately complete sales documentation. - Build a strong customer base to explore opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. - Obtain referrals to further prospects where appropriate. - Ensure sales completion by facilitating medical reports and prompt issuance of policy documents. - Adhere to the company's sales process and submit various reports in a timely manner. To qualify for this role, you should be a graduate with a minimum of 2+ years of sales experience.
