Relationship Manager- Federal Bank

You will be responsible for managing life insurance sales through assigned bank branches, acting as a liaison between the bank and the company from lead generation to policy conversion. Your main task will involve dealing with walk-in customers and selling them life insurance policies. The channel partner for this role is Federal Bank and the primary location is Thiruvalla, encompassing areas such as Ranni, Konni, Kozhenchery, Kumbanad, and Karthikapally. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads from in-branch lead generators, the bank customer database, and walk-in customers. - Schedule appointments and assess customers" financial needs in life-related investment and insurance areas. - Recommend suitable products from the company's range, secure customer agreement to purchase, and complete sales documentation accurately. - Develop a strong customer base to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. - Obtain referrals for potential prospects when appropriate. - Ensure sales completion by assisting in the completion of medical reports and ensuring timely issuance of policy documents. - Adhere to the company's sales process and submit various reports promptly. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in life insurance, as this is given a priority in the selection process.
