Job Title: Relationship Manager – Equity Broking & Mutual Funds

Experience: 1-2 years in broking / financial services (mandatory)

Certifications: Mandatory – NISM VA (Mutual Funds Distributor)

Role & Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio—manage and service existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

* Execute equity trades for clients efficiently and accurately via the NSE INVEST platform (or equivalent trading platform).

* Cross-sell and upsell mutual fund schemes and PMS offerings to clients, leveraging product knowledge and client insight.

* Possess thorough knowledge of mutual fund operations: SIP, SWP, STP, step-up, top-up, etc., and advise clients accordingly.

* Perform client KYC, ensure compliance with regulatory norms, and keep documentation up to date.

* Conduct market research (equities, sectors, macro trends) and mutual fund research to provide value-added advice and support client decisions.

* Work to grow the client base by consistently generating trade revenue and increasing assets under management (AUM).

* Maintain high accuracy in trade execution, reconciliations, and follow-up to minimise errors and ensure client trust.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a broking / financial services firm (executing trades, client servicing, mutual funds, etc.)

* Mandatory: Certified with NISM-VA (Mutual Funds)

* B.Com (Graduation)

* Good understanding of mutual fund concepts: SIP, SWP, STP, step-up, top-up

* Solid knowledge of KYC requirements and compliance processes in broking/wealth management
