Job Description

Role Overview

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing clients for share trading and investment services. The role involves sales, client engagement, account activation, and ongoing relationship management for equity and commodity trading. This position is suitable for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new clients for equity and commodity trading services
Open and activate Demat and trading accounts
Promote equity, derivatives, and commodities trading products
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Reactivate dormant or inactive trading accounts
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
Provide basic market information and trading support to clients
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines

Eligibility & Qualifications

Any graduate
(Commerce or Finance background preferred)
Mandatory NISM certification(s)
as prescribed for equity and/or commodity trading
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented mindset with willingness to meet targets
Basic understanding of stock markets and trading concepts

Preferred Skills

Interest in financial markets and investment products
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients
Customer-focused approach and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working with digital trading platforms
