Job Description

Role:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of Emerging Enterprises clients, with a strong focus on

    Working Capital

    financing and related banking solutions.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for clients, driving engagement through regular client visits, lead generation, and in-depth financial discussions.
  • Oversee the complete credit lifecycle, including client onboarding, financial analysis, preparation of credit proposals, documentation, and coordination with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely disbursal.
  • Structure customized Working Capital solutions (fund-based and non-fund-based) based on client requirements and business models.
  • Ensure timely renewal of facilities, adherence to sanction terms (CAM/OBA), and meticulous record-keeping through tools such as CRM, SPE, and call memos.
  • Proactively monitor portfolio performance and manage delinquency cases through continuous follow-up and resolution strategies in collaboration with collections and risk teams.
  • Cross-sell the banks full suite of products—including Current Accounts, Credit Cards, Trade Finance, and Insurance—to maximize revenue opportunities and deepen client relationships.
  • Act as a single point of contact for clients, providing high service levels and addressing queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with branch teams by participating in daily huddles, joint client visits, and performance reviews to drive business conversion and relationship activation.
  • Execute branch and catchment-level marketing activities, spot sanctions, and local campaigns to enhance sourcing momentum and market visibility.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to documentation, KYC, financial due diligence, legal/valuation coordination, and reporting.
  • Provide regular business updates to cluster leadership, aligning individual performance with the broader goals of the Emerging Enterprises Group.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education:

    Graduate / MBA / CA
  • Experience:

    2-7 years in relationship management or sales within banking/NBFC
  • Skills:

    Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking, pressure handling, and coordination across teams
  • Others:

    Willingness to travel moderately and meet business targets through proactive client engagement.
