Relationship Manager -Emerging Corporate

You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Identifying prospects in your location, evaluating their creditworthiness, and establishing relationships with customers. - Building strong relationships with partners, Channel Partners (Cas), and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) in your area to maintain a consistent deal pipeline. - Understanding clients" financial goals, challenges, and opportunities. - Maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients in the Emerging Corporate segment. - Identifying new business opportunities and revenue streams within the corporate finance sector. - Expanding the client base and promoting financial products and services, including cross-selling products. - Collaborating with clients to structure financial deals tailored to their specific needs. - Preparing and presenting proposals to clients and internally to all stakeholders. - Offering credit solutions such as working capital facilities, overdrafts, term loans, and other financial products, as well as innovating unique solutions for customers. - Assessing creditworthiness and ongoing risk factors associated with clients. - Focusing on portfolio growth by cross-selling financial products and services. - Achieving budgetary targets for Net Interest Income (NII) and fee income. - Analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess client performance and risks. - Developing insights to enhance client portfolios. - Ensuring strict compliance with all audit, regulatory, and company regulations, processes, and policies.,
