Relationship Manager - Emerging Corporate - Sales - Siliguri - Sona Wheels

You will be responsible for originating New To Bank (NTB) prospects through direct sourcing and open market channels. Your primary focus will be on acquiring customers and guiding their proposals through to the disbursement stage. Additionally, you will be meeting with existing customers to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth. Your role will involve catering to businesses with turnovers ranging from Rs 100 to 500 crores in Emerging Business, Rs 500 to 1000 crores in Mid Corporate, and Rs 1000 crores and above in Large Corporate segments. You will provide various working capital facilities such as Overdraft, Cash Credit, Dealer Finance, Vendor Finance, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, and Term Loan based on the specific needs of the clients. In this position, you will be tasked with managing customer relationships, handling service and sales queries, and focusing on customer engagement and retention. You will also be expected to identify new market segments and establish trade verticals to explore potential business opportunities in different locations and regions. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to recommend and introduce new services to customers, aiming to enhance customer engagement and generate fee income. Your responsibilities will also include acquiring Emerging Corporate Profile customers and cross-selling retail products. Ideally, you should hold a Post Graduate or Graduate degree in any discipline to excel in this role.,
