Relationship Manager - DSA & Alliances

Role Overview: As a Sales Expertise, you will be responsible for initiating and executing outbound sales campaigns to identify potential loan prospects and contribute to business growth. Your role will also involve leveraging leads and converting them into business opportunities through client acquisition skills. Additionally, you will play a key part in onboarding new partners, DSAs, loan aggregators, and fintech firms, with a particular focus on LAP, HL, BL & Unsecured loans. Your success in achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and expanding business channels will be crucial for the growth of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrated experience in initiating and executing outbound sales campaigns - Proven ability to target new client acquisition and convert leads into business opportunities - Successfully onboard new partners, DSAs, loan aggregators, and fintech firms - Achieve sales targets by optimizing DSA usage and enhancing loan conversion rates - Proficiency in executing comprehensive sales strategies and managing connectors and builders - Forge and nurture new channel partnerships to explore new markets - Identify and secure business from various market channels Qualification Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and business development, specializing in banking and unsecured loans - Confident in customer interactions and dedicated to customer service - Proactive in problem-solving and have excellent organizational abilities - Background in customer service within the finance sector - Experience in startup environments and adaptable to rapid changes is preferred - Additional knowledge of any regional language such as Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada is an added advantage.
