Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
  • Visiting potential customers for new business.
  • Conducting promotional activities/micro marketing activities to generate customer information and follow up on such leads
  • Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets and achieve goal sheets
  • Cross selling of various Insurance & Banking Products

*Other duties may be assigned as business needs require

Preferred candidate profile

  • Term Deposit and TPD customer acquisition through various selling techniques and achieve goal sheet parameters month.
  • Contact potential TD, Insurance, & Other TPD product clients to understand their requirements and sell the advantages of our Banks products
  • Interactions with customers, processing of customer needs with high service orientation and compliance.

To overcome problems using guidelines and escalate with expediency, when necessary
