Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
Visiting potential customers for new business.
Conducting promotional activities/micro marketing activities to generate customer information and follow up on such leads
Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets and achieve goal sheets
Cross selling of various Insurance & Banking Products

*Other duties may be assigned as business needs require

Preferred candidate profile

Term Deposit and TPD customer acquisition through various selling techniques and achieve goal sheet parameters month.
Contact potential TD, Insurance, & Other TPD product clients to understand their requirements and sell the advantages of our Banks products
Interactions with customers, processing of customer needs with high service orientation and compliance.

To overcome problems using guidelines and escalate with expediency, when necessary
