Relationship Manager- Commercial Real Estate

As an AVP/DVP- Relationship Manager- Commercial Real Estate, your role will involve scoping and scanning the market for origination of Real Estate transactions across various asset classes. This includes high-yield deals, special situation deals, and lease rental discounting transactions from both primary and secondary markets. You will engage with Promoters, CFOs, and CXOs to identify and structure opportunities for financing, restructuring, settlement, or advisory mandates. Evaluating and analyzing Real Estate assets to assess feasibility and potential will be a key responsibility.
