Job Description

As a Relationship Manager in the Finance/Sales department of a Thrissur Vehicle Loan industry, your primary responsibility will be to promote and process vehicle financing solutions for customers looking to purchase new cars. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, evaluating creditworthiness, liaising with banks/NBFCs, and ensuring that loan applications are handled smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include assisting customers in completing loan applications, collecting and verifying necessary documents such as KYC and income proof, and ensuring timely submission of forms while following up on loan approvals. You will also be required to explain available financing options, interest rates, terms, and conditions to customers, maintaining positive relationships with clients throughout the financing process, and addressing any queries they may have regarding loan products. Additionally, you will need to liaise with multiple banks and NBFCs to find suitable financing options, maintain relationships with dealership representatives, underwriters, and bank representatives, and negotiate loan terms on behalf of customers when necessary. Collaborating closely with the vehicle sales team to convert leads into financed deals, upselling loan protection products and insurance, and achieving monthly loan disbursal targets will also be part of your role. It is essential to ensure that all your activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines, maintaining proper records for audit and compliance checks. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum qualification of Plus two/Diploma/Bachelor's degree, along with 1 to 3 years of experience in car loan sales or car sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a good understanding of lending procedures, credit evaluation, and loan products, proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, and the ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets are also required. In terms of the work environment, you will be visiting car showrooms frequently and interacting regularly with sales teams, customers, and banking partners. Your performance will be measured based on key performance indicators such as loan conversion rate, loan disbursal volume, Turnaround Time (TAT) for approvals, and customer satisfaction scores.
