About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new BBWC clients through branch leads, market scoping, and networking.

  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio, ensuring product penetration and revenue maximization.

  • Cross-sell banking solutions including corporate salary accounts, liabilities, and third-party products.

  • Prepare and manage CAMs, resolve queries, and handle negotiations on rates and charges.

  • Ensure complete documentation pre- and post-disbursement.

  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and trade desks for smooth transaction processing.

  • Monitor portfolio health, manage stress accounts, and ensure compliance with all banking regulations.
