Job Description

As an Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new asset relationships through various channels and managing a portfolio of 30-40 BBG relationships based on the geography covered and branches assigned to you. Your main focus will be on maintaining High Net Worth (HNW) relationships with BBG customers to ensure the delivery of high-quality service. Your key responsibilities will include: - Achieving business targets on volumes and profitability for BBG customers - Collaborating with branches to generate leads for BBG, updating leads in CRM, ensuring conversions, and following the lead conversion process - Conducting market research to identify potential customers with wallet share for BBG and devising strategies for product penetration and achievement under various initiatives in coordination with the branch banking team - Following the sales process diligently by updating regular client calls for existing and prospective clients, either individually or with support groups, branches, or supervisors In terms of Customer Relationship Management, you will be expected to: - Build strong relationships with both internal and external customers, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing all banking needs - Prepare customer profiling sheets, identify cross-selling opportunities, and explore revenue-increasing possibilities - Prepare Credit Approval Memorandum (CAM) and resolve any customer queries efficiently Furthermore, you will be required to coordinate with stakeholders such as credit for CAM approval, deferral waiver/extension, and address other customer requirements like Buyers credit and TODs. Additionally, you will be involved in promoting E-Net, CMS, and cross-selling other banking products. Your role as a Relationship Manager will play a crucial part in enhancing customer relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and strategic business development initiatives.,
