Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Relationship Manager Banca Channel located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our bancassurance partners, driving business growth, and promoting Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance products and services within the bank channels.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Experience in bancassurance or insurance sales
• Knowledge of insurance products and financial services
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Certification in Insurance or Financial Planning is a plus
