Job Description

You will be responsible for managing client relationships and accounts at DigiLantern in Noida. Your key responsibilities will include: - Adhering to all defined processes, including client engagement guidelines. - Regularly communicating with customers in your portfolio to ensure holistic account servicing. - Updating customer details regularly in the CRM tool. - Conducting ongoing usage analysis to assess product effectiveness. - Utilizing market data to enhance current business relationships. - Conducting periodic audits and collecting positive feedback for marketing purposes. - Reviewing major deliverables to ensure quality standards and meet customer expectations. - Creating and managing a Relationship Management team. - Ensuring customer goals and expectations are met. - Optimizing the use of purchased products to increase revenue from the customer base. - Proactively identifying opportunities to grow accounts and build clients" business. - Identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to increase company revenue and customer use of products and services. - Performing any other duties assigned by top management. Your qualifications should include a bachelor's degree or equivalent and proficiency in Italian, English, Spanish, or Portuguese. You should have a total work experience of 5-10 years, with specific requirements as follows: - 5+ years of experience in relationship management. - 3+ years of experience working on a SaaS platform. - Excellent presentation and analytical skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-related terms. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with all levels and departments. - Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. - Self-motivated with high attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Preference for candidates from hotel reservations or revenue management background in leading hotel organizations. - Local candidates with experience in maintaining client relationships primarily in the US & UK are preferred.,
