Job Description

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and achieve business targets. You will be required to establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to ensure continuous business growth. Your core responsibilities will include proactively reaching out to potential clients, explaining the home loan process, managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle, meeting sales targets, managing relationships with connectors and builders, converting digital leads, organizing and tracking leads, identifying and developing new builder/channel relationships, staying updated on market trends and competition, managing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the markets, competition, processes, and products available in the market. Your ability to provide feedback to the central product and policy team will help stay ahead in the market. Additionally, you will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and close sales. Ideally, you should possess a Graduate or Post Graduate qualification to be successful in this position. Your dedication, proactive approach, and ability to meet sales targets will be key to your success in this role.,
