Job Title: Sales Representative – RE Role (Female Candidates Only)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our Real Estate team. This role is ideal for female candidates who are passionate about sales, eager to learn, and excited to build a career in the real estate industry. Freshers with strong communication skills and a go-getter attitude are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential and/or commercial real estate properties to potential clients.
• Handle client inquiries, schedule site visits, and provide property details.
• Maintain a deep understanding of product knowledge, pricing, and market trends.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Assist in closing deals and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain records of leads, contacts, and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional events and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Freshers are welcome; prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
• Confident, energetic, and self-motivated
• Willingness to work on field and flexible with work timings (if required)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
