Regulatory reporting team, AVP

Role Overview: You will be part of the Regulatory reporting team as an AVP in Bangalore, India. Your main responsibility will be to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as MiFID II, EMIR, CFTC, and SFTR across all asset classes. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding and defining Transaction Reporting logic and addressing how new rules and regulations impact operations - Ensuring accurate, timely and complete reporting - Collaborating with technology development teams to automate the exceptions process - Identifying gaps or errors in systems or trade logic and proactively improving them - Supporting the design of new business solutions and communicating impacts and risks - Performing root cause analysis on exceptions, investigating significant issues, and escalating them to senior management - Cultivating a team culture of high performance, ownership, integrity, and passion for achieving strategic targets Qualifications Required: - 10-12 years of work experience in an Ops role within financial services - Proficiency in regulatory frameworks such as MIFID, SFTR, EMIR/CFTC, or MMSR - Understanding of Transaction reporting and regulatory reporting - Ability to work in virtual teams and across multiple business cultures - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience in managing exception management functions across reporting for various asset classes and jurisdictions Additional Company Details: Deutsche Bank Group promotes a positive, fair, and inclusive work environment where employees are empowered to excel together.
