Regulatory & Finance Coordinator

As a Regulatory & Finance Coordinator at Charyas, you will play a critical role in strengthening our documentation systems, maintaining compliance accuracy, and ensuring audit readiness for our modular food-tech manufacturing system. Your responsibilities will include: - Verifying vendor invoices, challans, GRNs, and ensuring accurate GST, HSN codes, and LLP details - Coordinating monthly compliance activities such as GSTR-1, 2B, 3B, and working closely with the CA - Maintaining and organizing all regulatory folders (digital + physical) for FSSAI, APEDA, IEC, FDA, Trade License, and factory licenses - Tracking license renewal dates to prevent any lapses - Creating and maintaining a 3-month regulatory cash-outflow forecast - Organizing calibration certificates, AMC files, and machine purchase records - Providing support for internal audits with complete traceability - Coordinating with operations to ensure documentation reflects actual factory activity - Keeping finance folders clean, updated, structured, and always audit-ready Required Skills & Competencies: - Proficiency in GST documentation and return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, GSTR-3B) - Experience in vendor invoice verification and GRN matching - Knowledge of compliance and regulatory filing requirements (FSSAI, APEDA, IEC, FDA) - Ability to work with financial documentation using Tally or Zoho Books - Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline - Experience in audit preparation and record management Experience & Qualifications: - 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in GST, regulatory filings, compliance, or finance documentation - Educational background in B.Com / M.Com / BBA / Diploma in Accounting or Finance - Preferred experience in Food Processing / FMCG industry - Familiarity with Tally or Zoho Books is highly desirable Join us in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and be a part of our journey to revolutionize the food-tech industry with functional nutrition bars, clean-label snacks, and exports.,
