You will play a crucial role as a Regulatory Affairs Executive at Absolute, a pioneering bioscience company dedicated to harnessing nature, science, and innovation for a better future. Your responsibilities will revolve around ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining the integrity of products. Here's what you will be doing: - **FSSAI Compliance & Licensing:** - Manage Central/State FSSAI license applications, renewals, and modifications - Maintain accurate records of licenses and related documentation - Coordinate inspections and audits with internal teams and consultants - **Formulation Compliance & Review:** - Review formulations and ingredients for compliance with FSSAI, nutraceutical, and international standards - Ensure ingredient limits, claims, labeling, and nutritional facts meet regulatory guidelines - **SOI (Schedule of Ingredients) Management:** - Prepare and maintain SOIs for all finished products - Verify raw materials against approved regulatory lists - **Documentation & Record Keeping:** - Maintain regulatory master files for all products and SKUs - Organize technical data sheets, COAs, MSDS, and other compliance documents - **Regulatory Submissions & Approvals:** - Support dossier preparation for product and label approvals under FSSAI - Track submissions and follow up with authorities or consultants - **Cross-Functional Coordination:** - Liaise with Quality, R&D, Manufacturing, and Marketing teams for regulatory inputs - Provide compliance support for new product development and launches - **Regulatory Intelligence & Updates:** - Monitor updates, advisories, and amendments from FSSAI and other authorities - Implement regulatory changes in documentation and internal processes - **Other Statutory Compliance:** - Ensure Legal Metrology compliance for packaging, labeling, and declarations - Monitor CPCB guidelines for packaging and waste management In order to excel in this role, you should have: - 3-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the Nutraceutical or Supplement industry - Strong understanding of FSSAI regulations and documentation standards - Familiarity with Legal Metrology and CPCB guidelines - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and coordination skills Your personal attributes should include: - Proactive and ownership-driven approach to compliance - Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills - Passionate about regulatory excellence and product integrity - Comfortable in dynamic, fast-evolving environments - Committed to impact-driven work and planetary well-being You will play a crucial role as a Regulatory Affairs Executive at Absolute, a pioneering bioscience company dedicated to harnessing nature, science, and innovation for a better future.
