Key Responsibilities
• Regulatory & Compliance:
• Prepare, review, and update product labels in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage regulatory documentation including licenses, product dossiers, certifications, and
technical files.
• Ensure timely statutory submissions and renewals.
• Support regulatory inspections and audits by maintaining updated records.
• Monitor and implement changes in regulatory guidelines applicable to products.
• Draft, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process
compliance.
• Customer Support:
• Respond to customer queries regarding product information, documentation, and compliance.
• Share regulatory and technical documents with customers as needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments (QA/QC, production, logistics, sales) to resolve customer
issues.
• Record and track customer complaints, feedback, and resolution status.
• Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of regulatory documentation, labelling, and compliance requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eye for detail and strong documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to draft and implement SOPs effectively.
