JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Feasibility & Compliance Assessment:

Evaluate the feasibility of new products and verify their Recommended Dietary

Allowance (RDA) values in accordance with FSSAI standards.

FSSAI Query Resolution:

Address and resolve FSSAI-related queries raised by clients regarding product

compliance and registration.

PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR FOOD PRODUCTS

Prepare the SOI (statement of ingredients) document for submission in the product

approval application process.

Six-Monthly FG CoS’s Submissions:

Submit six-monthly Finished Goods CoS’s reports on the official FSSAI portal for the

following companies:

(a)Crius Life Sciences.

(b)Syskem

(c)Origin Nutra

(d)Chinnikem

Annual Return Submissions:

File Annual Returns on the FSSAI portal for the following companies:

(a)Crius Life Sciences.

(b)Syskem

(c)Origin Nutra

(d)Chinnikem

6.Draft Text Matter (DTM) Preparation:

Crius Group of Companies, Mohali

Prepare DTM documents for both new and revised products for regulatory and labeling

compliance.

7.Artwork Review:

Review product artworks and labels to ensure compliance with FSSAI labeling

guidelines and drug regulatory guidelines.

Raw Material Code Creation:

Generate and manage raw material (RM) codes in the ERP system.

9.Bill of Materials (BOM) Creation:

Create and maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM) in the ERP system for all product formulations.
