Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Regression Tester to join our QA team in Chennai. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of regression testing processes and a basic understanding of automation using Selenium.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regression testing to ensure system stability after new enhancements, bug fixes, or updates.
• Design, execute, and maintain regression test cases.
• Identify, log, and track software defects using standard tools.
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure product quality.
• Contribute to automation test scripts using Selenium where applicable.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and regression testing methodologies.
• Basic hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for test automation.
• Knowledge of manual and automation testing tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestLink, or similar QA platforms.
• Willingness to learn automation frameworks and advanced QA practices.
