Job Description

Key Responsibilities: · Handle complete end-to-end plot registration process at sub-registrar offices. · Prepare and draft sale agreements, MoUs, and other property-related documents when required. · Maintain and organize registration records and documentation systematically. · Visit sites and registration offices as needed for on-ground support. · Provide updates to the management regarding the registration process. Requirements: · Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Legal background preferred but not mandatory) · Technical Skills: o Proficiency in MS Word and basic computer applications o Basic knowledge of property laws and documentation process · Other Skills: o Good communication and interpersonal skills o Attention to detail and document accuracy o Ability to handle multiple registrations efficiently Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
