Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Palakkad for a Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to patients with various psychiatric conditions. Daily tasks include administering medications, monitoring patient progress, conducting assessments, assisting with therapy sessions, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team. Additionally, the nurse will participate in patient education and support programs, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license From Kerala Nursing and Midwifery Council Registration (Mandatory)
• Experience in administering medications and treatments
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a psychiatric setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of psychiatric conditions
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Experience in mental health care is a plus
• GNM or BSc in Nursing or a related field is preferred
• Immediate joining preferred.
