We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our clients esteemed . This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality service in line with nursing standards, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the safe delivery and coordination of nursing services, ensuring effective and efficient care.
• Plan, develop, and monitor resources to maintain service quality.
• Lead innovations and improvements in specialist nursing services.
• Investigate and address clinical complaints, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure the department is prepared for critical incidents and maintains high standards of care.
• Promote a culture of openness, patient dignity, respect, and choice.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Registered General Nurse .
• Minimum of 5 years of post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Recognized post-registration nursing course or pursuing same in nursing.
• Demonstrated ability in leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and IT skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
