As a Medical Device Specialist, your role involves having adequate knowledge of various instruments, implants, and medical devices required for medical procedures. You will be responsible for performing the Procedure Safety Checklist as part of a team and documenting the same. Your key responsibilities include ensuring smooth functioning by scheduling cases and effectively utilizing the Cath Lab. Additionally, you will be in charge of implementing Radiation Safety Measures for associates and the environment, creating a safe environment, and minimizing infection risks in the unit.
