Role & responsibilities Drive zonal Spec-In strategy with architects, consultants, PMCs & government bodies Achieve monthly targets for tenders, BOQs, and project specifications for Sandwich Panels & Pre-Fab Structures Organize product presentations, workshops, and architect meets Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to ensure project inclusion Mentor and lead a team focused on specification-based sales Influence and liaise with government departments for spec alignment Collaborate with internal teams for timely documentation and pricing Extensive travelling within the assigned zone Preferred candidate profile Proven track record in Specification & Business Development Deep industry knowledge of Pre-Fab, Panels, Faades, and building materials Strong network with architects, consultants & government bodies in the zone Experience leading zonal/regional sales/BD teams Preferred Industry: Insulated Sandwich Panels / Pre-Fab / Dry Wall / Faade / Aluminium & UPVC Doors & Windows / Glass etc. Building Material Industr Joiners with immediate or short notice periods preferred
