Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers. - Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand the brand's vision and objectives. - Design and set up window displays, in-store displays, and product presentations. - Ensure that all displays are in line with the brand's guidelines and standards. - Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards. - Conduct regular store visits to ensure that all displays are maintained and updated. - Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions on visual merchandising strategies. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor's visual merchandising strategies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the jewellery industry. - Strong understanding of design principles and visual merchandising techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Willingness to travel within the Chennai region.
