Regional Sales Manager(Vegetable Crops)

As an experienced candidate with 8 to 15 years of experience in Seeds or Chemical sector, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Ensuring proper quality execution of sales and demand generation activities - Appointing new distributor after verification and assigning proper credit limit based on credibility of distributor - Understanding newly launched products and PAS 5 product in detail - Working with ZSM and Marketing on campaign plan strategy - Building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction Your qualifications should include a minimum of B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture or an MBA in Agri Business. Skills such as strong negotiation and communication skills, analytical mindset with attention to detail, and hands-on knowledge of MS Excel and Project Management tools will be advantageous for this role.
