Regional Sales Manager(Vegetable Crops)

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum qualification of B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture or an MBA in Agri Business, with a preference for the latter. In addition, candidates with 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in the Seeds or Chemical industry will be given preference. As a Sales and Demand Generation professional, your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the proper quality execution of sales and demand generation activities. This will involve appointing new distributors after thorough verification and assigning appropriate credit limits based on the credibility of the distributor. You will also be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of newly launched products and the PAS 5 product, working closely with the Zonal Sales Manager and Marketing team on campaign plan strategies. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction will be a key component of this role. The successful candidate should possess strong negotiation and communication skills, an analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail, and a proficient knowledge of MS Excel and Project Management tools. Additionally, a preference for working in a rural setup will be advantageous.
