Role Overview

We are hiring 2 Sales Executives who will handle field sales and customer-facing operations across Kochi. This role is perfect for someone energetic, confident, and serious about building a career in solar and EPC sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet customers and handle field sales activities
• Explain solar EPC solutions and close orders
• Maintain good customer relationships and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams, banks and KSEB for smooth execution

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience – Preferred
• Experience in solar sales – Big Plus Plus Plus
• Good communication skills and professional behavior
• Pleasant personality with strong customer-handling ability
• Valid driving license (two-wheeler preferred)
• Strong marketing skills – Additional Advantage

Compensation & Benefits

• ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 salary range
• Fixed pay + performance-based incentives (₹25,000+ potential)
