stakeholders Role Overview The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and brand profitability of the fashion brand Cloak & Decker by Monte Carlo and the thermal wear businesses. This role demands a dynamic leader with a proven track record in driving sales, expanding market presence, building robust distribution networks, and enhancing brand visibility and profitability. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the innerwear segment particularly, coupled with exceptional track record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stake holders. Key Responsibilities Regional Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional sales targets for all product lines. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and threats. Formulate and execute channel plans to drive sales growth and market penetration. Ensure effective sales and distribution processes, fostering a high-performance sales culture focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Distribution & Retail Management: Manage and expand the distribution network, ensuring efficient product delivery and inventory management. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners, monitoring their performance and providing necessary support. Optimize distribution channels and retail outlets to maximize efficiency and brand visibility. Develop and manage exclusive brand outlets (EBOs) for optimal brand visibility by implementing retail marketing strategies. Brand Management & Marketing: Develop and execute brand marketing strategies, including positioning, promotion, and distribution. Measure brand health, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to optimize brand performance. Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives, merchandising plans, and promotional activities to achieve mutual growth objectives. Business Development & Revenue Growth: Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets for key accounts. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and market share. Generate revenue from existing accounts and drive profitability. Drive dealer development and expansion of distribution channels. Team Leadership & Financial Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) and other sales personnel. Set performance targets, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Manage regional sales and marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending and optimal resource allocation. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of marketing metrics, including sales, revenue, and expenses. Market Analysis & Customer Relationship Management: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis. Prepare and submit regular sales and marketing reports, detailing performance, trends, and feedback. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors. Address customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally. Key Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience in spearheading sales and marketing initiatives within the fashion and apparel industry. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the fashion/thermal/innerwear market. Strong experience in distribution, retail, and brand management. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong knowledge of the North region market. Experience managing large teams and distribution networks.
