Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Location: Pune, Maharashtra Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (any discipline) Experience: 2 – 4 Years Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month Gender Preference: Male Job Description: We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations in the Pune region . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of regional markets and customer behavior. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow sales in the assigned region Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet targets Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners Monitor team performance and provide guidance and training as needed Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field (Sales or Business preferred) 2 to 4 years of experience in regional or territory sales management Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a sales team Proficiency in MS Office and sales management tools Willingness to travel across the region as required Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Application Question(s): require Only Male Candidate Work Location: In person
