Regional Sales Manager, India

As a Regional Sales Manager at Universal Instruments Corporation, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth within the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industry in India. Your primary responsibility will be to lead day-to-day sales activities, develop and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, and achieve bookings and sales targets within the assigned region. Your base location can be any major city with good transportation connectivity to effectively address the rapidly growing industry demands. With a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in selling capital equipment to the semiconductor and/or electronics assembly market segment, you will bring expertise in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets. Your strong negotiation and communication skills will be essential in managing channel partners/distributors within the region. Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with Delta Electronics" global key account team to penetrate large accounts and with Delta's IABG for the development of local and global electronics and semiconductor target accounts. Fluency in English and local languages, along with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science or related field, will be necessary to excel in this position. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, effectively navigating cross-functional and cross-site collaborations.
