Regional Sales Manager India

Key Responsibilities

• Aggressively grow INNOVATESTs presence in India by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities.
• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and application support for INNOVATESTs full product range.
• Oversee installations, training, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and performance reporting to HQ.
• Represent INNOVATEST at trade shows, seminars, and customer events.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in technical sales or capital equipment sales (preferably in materials testing, metrology, or laboratory instruments).
• Hands-on knowledge of hardness testing or similar mechanical testing equipment strongly preferred.
• Ability to combine commercial acumen with technical expertise.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while coordinating with international teams.
• Fluency in English required; additional Indian languages
• Solid proficiency of MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
