Key Responsibilities Aggressively grow INNOVATESTs presence in India by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners. Deliver technical demonstrations and application support for INNOVATESTs full product range. Oversee installations, training, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and performance reporting to HQ. Represent INNOVATEST at trade shows, seminars, and customer events. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in technical sales or capital equipment sales (preferably in materials testing, metrology, or laboratory instruments). Hands-on knowledge of hardness testing or similar mechanical testing equipment strongly preferred. Ability to combine commercial acumen with technical expertise. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently while coordinating with international teams. Fluency in English required; additional Indian languages Solid proficiency of MS Office (Word and Excel).
