Regional Sales Manager Kerala (FMCG | Snacks | Chips | Rusk)
We are hiring an experienced RSM to lead sales and distribution for our snacks (chips & rusk) business across Kerala. Strong FMCG experience is mandatory.
No job hoppers.
Local language fluency is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive primary & secondary sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Manage distributors, expand market coverage (urban + rural), and boost outlet penetration.
Lead ASMs/SOs/DSRs and ensure strong on-ground execution.
Strengthen visibility, trade marketing, and retail relationships.
Track competition, ensure proper stock rotation, and drive schemes effectively.
Ensure accurate reporting, DMS usage, and cross-functional coordination.
Requirements:
Must have worked as RSM for 2-3 years.
8–12 years FMCG experience; must have handled Kerala market.
Proven success in snacks/chips/rusk categories preferred.
Strong distributor network, territory knowledge, and execution capability.
Fluency in Malayalam; English added advantage.
Graduate/MBA preferred.
