Regional Procurement Senior Manager, GA

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring excellence in execution from procurement to supply chain and reliability, delivering quality, safety, efficiency, and sustainability across the value chain. Key Responsibilities: - Expert in planning and managing complex and new projects. - Understand matrix organizations and proactively lead through influence. - Skillful in representing the company outside the organization. - Leverage talents in the team and influence and manage the dynamics in a team. - Responsible for creating an environment that fosters learning and ensures development opportunities. - Actively share knowledge and insights. - Engage with cross-functional teams e.g., R&D, Commercial, Creation, Operations, Quality, etc. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Supply Chain, MBA, Business Management, IT, Mechanical, or any other relevant discipline. - Minimum 15-20 years in Procurement or Supply Chain in a Food, Speciality Chemicals, FMCG, or Fragrance company. - 3 to 5 years of team management experience with direct reports. - Prior experience in stakeholder management (Internal and External). - Project management experience, people leadership, and presentation skills. - Strong communication skills (written and oral) in English and global leadership interaction. - Ability to engage, motivate people, and manage challenges in the organization. - Strong mentor skills and ability to coach team members. - Experience in identifying, developing, and promoting new and existing supplier relationships for global areas.
