Regional Manager Last Mile

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership:

  Oversee end-to-end Last Mile operations across regional hubs, ensuring 100% pickup completion and bag closure accuracy.

• Vendor & Transport Management:

  Manage Last Mile transport partners, monitoring daily performance and optimizing vehicle utilization.

• Performance Tracking:

  Conduct rigorous reviews of KPIs, including Pickup TAT, Queue Time, and Exception Management.

• Strategic Planning:

  Drive cost optimization, manpower planning, and process improvements in coordination with Central Ops and Planning teams.

• Compliance & Audit:

  Ensure 100% adherence to safety protocols, documentation, and regulatory audits.

• Team Mentorship:

  Lead, mentor, and resolve issues for a large regional team to foster a high-performance culture.

Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  Proven track record in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or E-commerce operations.

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field;

  MBA preferred

  .

• Leadership:

  Strong ability to manage large teams and navigate complex operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.

• Analytical Skills:

  Proficient in data-driven decision-making and process optimization.

• Communication:

  Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
