Regional Manager Channel Sales (Mumbai)

You will be joining greytHR as a Regional Manager - Channel Sales, responsible for leading partner acquisition, development, and revenue growth in the assigned region. Your role involves identifying business opportunities, developing a Go-to-Market strategy, and aligning revenue plans with quarterly targets. You will be expected to onboard and manage channel partners to drive revenue, design and execute regional partner strategies, and collaborate with internal teams for partner-driven growth. Your responsibilities will include identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners, conducting regular training and sales enablement sessions, and collaborating with internal teams to support partner-driven growth. You will also be responsible for monitoring partner performance, resolving channel conflicts, ensuring partner satisfaction, and representing the company in partner events and industry forums. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA in Sales/Marketing being highly preferred. You should have 8-12 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 4 years in channel/partner management. Experience in SaaS, HRMS, or enterprise software sales is essential, along with a proven ability to develop and execute channel strategies to meet revenue targets. Familiarity with CRM tools and partner management platforms such as Salesforce and Zoho will be beneficial.,
