As a Channel Partner Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in expanding our global presence by establishing strategic B2B partnerships. Your primary focus will be on collaborating with IT/Software Resellers, Consulting Firms, System Integrators (SIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and other Technology Partners to promote the adoption of our digital transformation products. Your responsibilities will include developing a robust partner ecosystem to drive sales of our products in targeted regions and industries. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive partner program that includes onboarding processes, technical training, marketing support, and collaborative go-to-market strategies. Conducting product demos, use-case presentations, and training sessions for partners will be essential to ensure their success in closing deals. To expand our market reach, you will need to identify and onboard new channel partners in key sectors such as Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Logistics, and Manufacturing. Tracking partner interactions, leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system will be necessary to evaluate performance and prepare reports on partner-driven KPIs like revenue, opportunity conversions, and partner satisfaction. Meeting or exceeding assigned KPIs and revenue targets through partner-led sales will be a key measure of success in this role. As the main point of contact for channel partners, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships and providing timely support, updates, and guidance to ensure their success. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in channel/partner management within the B2B SaaS or In-Prem software products industry. Experience working with IT/Software Resellers, Aggregators, SIs, and ISVs is crucial, along with proficiency in CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.
