Role Overview: GreytHR is seeking a high-performing and experienced Regional Manager - Channel Sales to lead partner acquisition, development, and revenue growth in the assigned region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of SaaS-based selling, HRMS domain knowledge, and a successful track record of managing channel partners. Key Responsibilities: - Identify business opportunities within the assigned territory, develop a territory-specific Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, and build a structured revenue plan aligned with quarterly targets. - Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to drive revenue and expand market presence. - Design and execute regional partner strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Conduct regular partner training, sales enablement sessions, and business reviews. - Work with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to support partner-driven growth. - Monitor and report on partner performance, sales pipeline, and revenue targets. - Resolve channel conflicts and ensure a high level of partner satisfaction. - Represent the company in partner events, roadshows, and industry forums. Requirements: Educational: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is mandatory. - MBA in Sales/Marketing or a relevant specialization is highly preferred. Professional: - 8-12 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 4 years in channel/partner management. - Experience in SaaS, HRMS, or enterprise software sales is essential. - Proven ability to develop and execute channel strategies and meet revenue targets. - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and partner management platforms.,
