Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Verify title deeds, chain documents, and ownership.
Scrutinize approvals, NOCs, tax receipts, and encumbrance certificates.
Review sanctioned plans, RERA and statutory compliances.
Identify risks, highlight discrepancies, and advise business/credit teams.
Coordinate with external advocates, valuers, and internal stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

LL.B. with 8-10 years experience in property due diligence/title verification (preferably NBFC/Bank).
Strong knowledge of real estate, RERA, and registration laws.
Good analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
Team management and able to guide a team of 5 people.
Must be a LLB graduate from a reputed university like Delhi University, IP university, NLU etc
Home location should be at Delhi or Noida
Have sound understanding of mortgage industry, due diligence, stamp act, transfer of property act etc.
salary is not a constraint for the right candidate and this position shall report to senior leadership hence require extreme professional and presentation skills.
Preferred candidate shall be who had served current organization for 2 or more years.
