What You'll Do

As a Regional Health Counselor Intern, you will be the first point of contact for men seeking Ayurvedic solutions to their personal health challenges in your regional language. You’ll educate, guide, and connect them to expert doctors at Punsatva, all with empathy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Talk to leads in [Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada / Marathi] (as per your region)

Listen to their health concerns with sensitivity and a non-judgmental approach

Brief them about Punsatva’s Ayurvedic approach, success stories, and treatment process

Help them book a free consultation with our Ayurvedic doctors

Follow up with interested clients regularly (no hard selling, only value-based guidance)

Keep records of interactions and share feedback with the medical and sales teams

What We’re Looking ForMust-Have Skills

Fluent in one regional language: Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada / Marathi

Good understanding of healthcare or wellness conversations

Ability to speak confidently, empathetically, and discreetly

Willingness to learn about Ayurvedic male health treatments (training provided)

Comfortable using WhatsApp, calls, and basic CRM tools
