Regional head - operations

• Manage and oversee daily field operations across multiple locations.
• Interact with customers to understand their needs, resolve operational issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct site inspections to analyze pest issues and implement effective solutions.
• Plan and delegate daily tasks to field officers, supervisors, and field operators.
• Motivate and guide team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Track and calculate the productivity of all field personnel.
• Attend customer audits and ensure all operational and service documentation is up to date and accurate.
• Provide training in relationship management, customer handling, and service protocols.
• Maintain strong client relationships and promote repeat business through service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and pest control protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
